How the payment and completion flow works
LivingWaters uses a manual-capture booking flow so customers are authorized at booking time and charged only after the appointment is completed. This protects the visit while keeping billing simple and transparent.
Create a nurse accountWork with approved service accounts
Complete your license check, identity verification, service area, and treatment setup before you receive appointments.
Appointments are scheduled in time windows
Each booking is assigned to a two-hour service window. Your schedule shows the active appointment window and the expected service day.
Customers are authorized, not charged instantly
At booking time, the customer’s card is authorized for the appointment total. No charge is captured during the service slot itself.
Capture after the visit is complete
After the appointment window ends, you complete the booking in your nurse schedule to capture the authorized payment. The charge happens only when you mark it complete.
No auto-charge during the visit, but we still close stale bookings
The customer card is not charged while the appointment is in progress. After the appointment window ends, you can complete the visit from the nurse schedule and capture the authorization. If the appointment remains open beyond a 24-hour grace period after the slot ends, the booking is automatically marked as not completed and the authorization is released. This prevents stale, incomplete bookings from lingering in the system.
